Holidays

All SSP colleagues are entitled to a minimum of 28 paid holidays pro rata including Bank Holidays.

Flexible working

If you have a child under the age of six or a disabled child under 18, you have the right to request to change your hours of work to help with childcare. You will need to make your request in writing to your line manager.

Childcare

If you are a working parent, the Childcare Voucher Scheme is an excellent method of paying for childcare, as well as allowing you to make a saving on your tax and National Insurance contributions.

Free car parking is provided for all colleagues working at our airport locations (some restrictions may apply).

Our points based reward scheme

Where points really do mean prizes, Celebrate! gives you the chance to send e-cards, e-badges and awards to those that you want to recognise.

Absolutely anyone in the business can send someone an e-badge or an e-card to say thank you, well done or congratulations. Any manager can nominate staff for doing something that helps us live our values and achieve our strategy.

With points linked to prizes, anything from 100 – 2000 points are available to managers to reward others in the business. This could be anything from an alarm clock to designer jewellery.
