Assistant Restaurant ManagerAssists Restaurant Manager or General Manager in the general operations of full serve/quick service restaurants to include supporting the restaurant’s business results and operational excellence, and providing the highest quality of service to guests at all times.
Restaurant ManagerManages all areas of operations for a full serve/quick service operation within the airport, including hiring, training and retaining an excellent staff, delivering outstanding hospitality, food cost, labor cost, P&L responsibility, teaching and learning, sanitation, safety and cleanliness, adherence to all company policies and procedures.
General ManagerManages all areas of the multi-unit restaurant operations under $25M of annual sales within an airport, including training and retaining an excellent staff, delivering outstanding hospitality, food cost, labor cost, shared P&L responsibility, running shifts, teaching and learning, sanitation, safety and cleanliness, adherence to all company policies and procedures.
Director of OperationsManages all areas of a multi-unit restaurant operations with over $25M of annual sales within an airport, to include training and retaining an excellent staff, delivering outstanding hospitality, food cost, labor cost, shared P&L responsibility, running shifts, teaching and learning, sanitation, safety and cleanliness, adherence to all company policies and procedures.
Regional Vice President of OperationsThe Regional VP will be charged with strategically driving profitability at SSP airport locations, building cross-functional teams, establishing exceptional guest service standards and fostering and solidifying exceptional relationships with the franchisors and the Airport Directors. The Regional VP will have direct oversight for the General Managers within the region.
